Pho Mo Poke Bowl-Asian Kitchen began on the Gulf Coast in 2019. In spite of the pandemic, the restaurant would not only thrive but expand. Today there are numerous stores, located across the Gulf Coast: Downtown Mobile, Fairhope, and a soon-to-open Gulf Shores location.
